About Best Interest Pro
Best Interest Pro is a private documentation and organization tool for parents who are separated, divorcing, or in an active custody dispute. It gives you one calm, chronological place to record what happens — incidents, communication, missed appointments, school and medical matters — with the dates, times and details that matter, instead of scattered screenshots, notes apps and memory.
It is built for the parent who is trying to keep a clear, factual record rather than an argument. It is also built for the family law attorneys who work with them: an attorney can be invited into a client's account to read the record as it grows, review witness affidavits, and pull a structured chronology into case preparation. Parents preparing for mediation or a hearing use it to show patterns over time instead of isolated incidents.
Inside the app you can log incidents with categories, severity and supporting attachments; track witnesses and their affidavit status; store custody orders and get plain-language explanations of their provisions; draft a parenting plan; record appointments and routine schedules; and export attorney-ready PDFs of the whole record.
Best Interest Pro is built and maintained by a small, independent team, guided by parents who have been through custody proceedings and by family law practitioners who review how the records are presented in court.
Best Interest Pro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using the app does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
